## First checks

- Refresh the project preview.
- Check whether a generation is still running.
- Review toast errors and timeline messages.
- Open settings for permissions, billing, or domain state.
- Ask PeachJam to inspect with the exact error text.

## When to escalate

If the same failure repeats after a focused fix, share the project URL, route, screenshot, and steps in support.
